  • Where do the tours depart from?

    Our boat tours depart from the Lower Causeway of the Inner Harbour, right in the heart of Victoria.The dock is in front of the Empress hotel and Milestones restaurant. The address is 812 Wharf Street, Victoria, BC, V8W 1T3.

  • What time do the tours depart?

    Our tours depart every day until Nov 18th 2026, as follows:


    45 minute Inner Harbour Tour

    • 12pm
    • 1pm
    • 5:45pm

    75 minute Coastline Tour

    • 2:45pm
    • 4:15pm

  • Is there a washroom on the boat?

    Yes we have a washroom on board with electronic flush toilet and wash basin.

  • Are infants allowed?

    Yes, infants under 2 years are allowed on the cruise but must be on an adult's lap for the duration of the cruise.

  • Will I get sea sick?

    Our tours operate in sheltered waters within the harbour limits. Most of the time the water is very calm. If it's a bit rough then we conduct the tour inside the Inner Harbour and the Gorge which is totally protected. It is very unlikely that you will get sea sick on our tours. 

  • Is there parking nearby?

    Yes, there's a paid parking lot with 150 spaces right next to the marina. The address is 900 Wharf St, Victoria, BC, V8W 3E2.

  • Is the tour wheelchair accessible?

    No, unfortunately we don't have wheelchair accessibility at the moment, but we're working on it!

  • Do you sail rain or shine?

    Yes, we sail rain or shine. If it's raining we cover the boat with a canopy so you'll stay dry and warm.

  • Are snacks and drinks available?

    Yes we have non-alcoholic beverages and snacks available for purchase on board.

  • What language is the commentary?

    Our local tour guides conduct the tours in English.

  • Are service dogs allowed?

    Yes, service dogs are welcome.
